Empowering Growth. Building Connection.

From creating an award-winning cookbook in Paris to supporting women in negotiating with confidence, my path has always been about turning creativity into impact. Whether in executive workshops, leadership retreats, or coaching programs, my goal remains the same: to empower people to realize their potential and lead with authenticity.

Empathic Negotiation Skills

Negotiation, at its best, is like the symbiotic relationship between a hummingbird and a flower: a form of mutualism where both sides benefit, feel energized, and are genuinely satisfied with the outcome. A true win–win – just like the hummingbird receiving nectar while the flower is pollinated.

With empathic negotiation skills, we can create the same effect: by focusing on win–win solutions we lead with a collaborative mindset and let understanding come before requesting to be understood. In this way, we reach agreements with more flow, respect, and lasting commitments.

Trusted Relationships

Trust is the foundation of everything we consider meaningful, valuable, and worth building.

It is the common denominator in all successful relationships, professional or personal. When trust is present, things flow naturally: between parents and children, colleagues, negotiators, partners, collaborators, companies, and even countries. When it’s missing, we feel it immediately.

In business, trust cannot be assumed. We must not take it for granted or presume we automatically have it from clients or stakeholders. Trust is something we actively build, nurture, and reinforce – every step of the way.

Pursuits, proposals and bids

All firms need to win business. But for professional services – consulting, law firms, financial advisory – it is one of the most critical processes to differentiate themselves and secure new mandates.

We all like to believe we are unique. But how truly different are you from your competitors? And even more importantly: can you articulate that difference so clearly and convincingly that your potential client perceives it as real value?

Empathic Sales and Growth

Humans, organisations, and all living systems, are either growing, flourishing, and reinventing themselves, or slipping into stagnation and decline. To thrive, we must innovate and grow. And growth requires one essential engine: consistently generating new, profitable sales.

Sales have existed for as long as human exchange itself, but the world has changed. Buyers have changed. Expectations have changed. This is the moment to evolve our approach, to move beyond traditional tactics and embrace an empathic, human-centred way of selling that creates trust, value, and sustainable growth.
